We offer apparel from over 20 manufacturers. In most cases your product will ship directly from the manufacturer if we are not decorating it. This allows us to offer over 800 different clothing items, all Made in the USA.
Our main business is Promotional Marketing and selling decorated clothing. We have agreements with all of our manufacturers allowing us to sell individually in small quantities blank clothing. We recognize that you want access to clothing that is not imported. In return for the manufacturers allowing us to sell individually, we can not return single items in most cases to them. This means when we accept your return, we keep it and must try to resell it.
Please note the return policy for items ordered that are the wrong size. Please call or e-mail us if you are concerned about size issues prior to ordering. Help us keep returns to a minimum and we will help you by offering more and more items to choose from. We have many other items we will be adding to the stores over the next few months.
We stand behind the quality of every product sold. Each and every item is carefully hand checked before it is shipped to you.

You may return items sold (Excluding personalized items) by Full Moon Rising, Inc within 30 days of delivery (less shipping and insurance)(There may be a restocking fee also, this is manufacturer dependent.). You are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges.
We make every effort to follow your personalization directions correctly. If a mistake occurs, we will repair or replace the item that was personalized at no charge. If you received the item and noticed that you made a spelling mistake, please contact us and we will re-embroider the item for a nominal charge if we are able, plus shipping. If you inform us of a spelling mistake before we embroider the item, we will make the change at no charge.
Errors and Defects
If the return is a result of an error made on your order or a product defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Steps to return an item.
Contact us as specified above to initiate the process. We will need the following information to process your return.

You will then ship the item to the location specified in the e-mail. We can prepare and e-mail you a prepaid return label which you would tape to the box and drop at any location that accepts UPS packages. (UPS Store, most Pack and Ship type stores, Office Depot, etc.) We will deduct the cost of the shipping from your credit. The cost to you is the same, but this may be more convenient for you.
In the confirmation e-mail there will be a convenient link to the item your purchased and wish to exchange. Clicking on the link will take you back to the store where you can order the size you need or you can apply the credit to a different item if you choose. It is up to you how to use your store credit, we do not require you to get the same item you returned.
During check out you will enter the code we give you which will apply the store credit you have to the current order you are placing.
When we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship your new item to you promptly.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that will require you to cancel an order. A cancellation fee may be charged if the cancellation is not received before production has begun.
If the order is in production it may not be possible to cancel the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel any order once it is placed.
Shipping costs have risen considerably due to the cost of fuel. UPS now has not only a fuel surcharge, but a delivery area surcharge, and they charge more for residential delivery than commercial. The delivery area surcharge does not apply to all locations, the fuel surcharge does.
We hope this explains a little about your shipping fees and why they might vary, or seem higher than you expected.
If you are shopping online, then your shipping will be calculated via a live connection to the UPS web server, or the United States Postal Service web server if you are shipping outside the continental United States. All rates are based on the zip code you enter as the shipment destination.
Blank Clothing will ship within 1-7 days, unless it is on back order. We do not stock clothing normally unless prior arrangements have been made for a fulfillment program. We offer a very wide range of clothing, and work directly with the manufacturer.
Decorated Clothing will take 2-4 weeks for delivery. We offer the unique ability to decorate and customize your clothing in many ways, and with no minimums. To deliver a quality custom product takes time, if you need it sooner please see the info on Rush ORders below.
Rush Orders: If you have a specific event and need your item sooner, please make a note on the order in the comments, include the date you need the item by and we will contact you to verify your order and confirm whether or not we can make the deadline. You may also contact us prior to placing the order to see if it is possible for us to meet your deadline. We are very good at meeting deadlines and can sometimes make what seems impossible happen for you. A rush order charge may apply, this is dependant on whether or not the supplier charges a rush fee, or if expedited shipping is required. You will be notifed of any rush fees prior to processing your order.
