Full Moon Rising, Incorporated (FMR, Inc.) is Union member owned. We have been providing a unique service since 1994 to Unions, Organizations, Companies, and Individuals. We bring a unique blend of experience to everything we do: Embroidery, Screen Printing, Graphic Design, Sales and Marketing.

We have experience working in print, web design, marketing, embroidery, and product imprinting. This gives us the ability to make your project excel, whether it is a single item you need help with or a larger coordinated marketing campaign.

Our specialty and focus is with USA Made Promotional Products and Apparel. Our web stores are USA Made and Union Made with some Canadian Union Made products. To fully meet all of our customer’s needs we also carry a full spectrum of quality products that we do not list on our web stores. We have offices in Illinois and Ohio with the corporate office in West Chicago, Illinois.

The Corporate office staff is here to help with all Customer Service issues.

Bryan Thompson is the point of contact for new corporate and organizational accounts as well as custom art and design work.
Sue Urban and Stacey Yeager are Sales & Customer Service Associates. They are here to assist with product inquiries and quotes. You may also get a call from them to clarify an online order or other order issues.
Karen Thompson is the Office Manager and Customer Service contact for online orders and to assist you with returns when needed.

The Delaware, Ohio office is here to help with Billing and Payments.

Jeff Parrish is the point of contact for all billing and payment questions.
Mike Riley is the Administrative Assistant. You may hear from him as he does customer surveys to insure you are pleased with the service & products or to find out how we might be able to improve.
